The real problem

One Of These Five Is Capping Your Month.

  • 01 · Attract

    No Flow

What it costsRevenue tracks your effort. Stop selling and the pipeline goes quiet, so every month restarts from zero.

  • 02 · Indoctrinate

    No Trust

What it costsYou get discounted and drawn out. Cold arrivals argue price, because nothing sold them before the call.

  • 03 · Convert

    No Sale

What it costsYou pay twice for the same lead. Slow follow-up and no-shows quietly crater your close rate.

  • 04 · Deliver

    No System

What it costsGrowth costs you margin. Every new client buys hours you do not have, so scaling means another hire.

  • 05 · Ascend

    No Second Sale

What it costsYour cheapest revenue never gets asked for. No second offer, no referral engine, no reactivation.

By the time someone books, they've mostly already decided.

The call only confirms a belief your ads, content and follow-up already built. Most businesses leave that to chance, then try to win it in thirty minutes with a stranger.

“We have some really expensive plumbing, but it’s not connected. We have some water flowing, but it’s not getting captured. We need someone that can say: you want water to go from here to here, here’s the plumbing, here are the parts. And in 90 days we’re going to have high pressure water.”
Ali NasserFounder, WISE Global Network

That is the whole job of the scorecard: name which one is actually capping you, and what it would take to close it.

Tools accelerate whatever already exists. We fix the process first, then wire the tools to it.

Price Stops Being The Conversation.

Ads, content, retargeting and follow-up do the selling, or price does. That is the machine. Most businesses have a funnel and no machine.

Build it properly and they arrive knowing why it is you.

Jeremy bought from a funnel I built for someone else, then asked who built it and hired me. Then he sent me Ali.

The machine sold them both before I ever showed up.

The full stack

We Build The Whole Customer Lifecycle, Not One Piece Of It.

Most agencies sell one stage. We build all five, then hand you the keys.

  1. 01 · Attract

Get The Right People To Raise A Hand.

    Qualified hands raised, not chased.

    • Positioning and offer development
    • Meta and Google ad campaigns
    • Cold-email engines: list, sequence, reply handling
    • Lead sourcing and enrichment
  2. 02 · Indoctrinate

Make Them Want You Before They Know They Want You.

Preference built before they ever inquire. Almost nobody builds this.

    • Retargeting sequences that keep telling the story
    • Nurture flows across email, SMS and DMs
    • Short-form video systems, 30 to 40 assets at a time
    • Case studies and proof assets placed where they get seen
  3. 03 · Convert

Turn A Warm Prospect Into A Booked, Pre-Sold Call.

Booked calls that arrive already sold.

    • Landing pages and funnels
    • AI chat that answers, qualifies and books
    • Missed-call text-back
    • GA4, Google Tag Manager and server events configured
  4. 04 · Deliver

Take On More Without Hiring For It.

    Capacity up, without headcount.

    • CRM builds: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive
    • Client onboarding systems
    • Workflow automation across Make, Zapier and n8n
    • Dashboards and reporting that update themselves
  5. 05 · Ascend

Make Each Client Worth More Than The First Sale.

More revenue per client you already paid to acquire.

    • Upsell and next-offer sequences
    • Reactivation campaigns for the dormant list
    • Referral and introduction systems
    • SOPs and runbooks, so it isn't all in your head
Handed off

Systems We Shipped That Now Run Without Babysitting.

Each one runs untouched, and each one replaced work a person used to do by hand. Client names blurred.

  1. A Make scenario: an inbound message routed through CRM lookups, an AI reply step, FAQ handling, calendar checks and a booking call, with escalation branches
An AI agent that answers and books Answers after hours, so nobody waits until morning. Reads the message, updates the CRM, checks the calendar, books, and pulls a human in when it shouldn't guess.
  2. A Make scenario parsing a date and time out of a sentence, resolving timezone, then writing an appointment via the booking API
Booking from plain English Zero back-and-forth to land a time. Turns “Thursday afternoon works” into a real calendar event: parses the sentence, resolves the timezone, writes the appointment back.
  3. A HubSpot workflow with record edits, branches on meeting outcome, delays, and email and SMS sends down each path
Follow-up nobody has to remember No human memory required. Branches on whether the meeting happened, then runs the right email and SMS sequence with the right delays.
  4. A large Make scenario fanning one intake submission out into dozens of record updates, then generating a document from a template and emailing the assigned owner
Intake that files itself One form, and the back office updates itself. Dozens of record updates, the client's document built and shared, and the account owner emailed. Previously a person with a checklist.

What The People Who Own These Systems Say.

Real operators. Different industries. The same machine.

  1. Jeremy JensenFounder & CEO, Encore Search Partners
He probed and probed and truly understood the problem I wanted to solve in my industry. Working with Josh to implement our solution was absolutely incredible.
  2. TariqFounder & CEO, Franchise Empire
He helped us go from one person on our team all the way up to 14 employees. It’s rare that you’ll find someone with the diversity of skill sets and knowledge that Josh has. He was a complete game changer for our company.
  3. VladTrader Foundation
I’ve literally worked with five different Facebook agencies. Since we started working with Josh, the first week we had huge results. This week we’re at around $43,000, and that’s net profit.
  4. Stephanie KLocal service business
Within days of making all of these changes, I saw a huge surge in both my social media and website traffic.
  5. RobertoMed spa
It’s a breath of fresh air to find people who are serious and competent. You don’t find these frequently.
  6. Anders & LeifThe Vegan Gym
We’ve spent almost $1,600 and collected $13,000 this month. Instead of a steady 20 active conversations, now we’re 80 plus.
  7. ChrisCoach / consultant
$1,412 spend, 562 messages, seven applications and two sales. Return on ad spend about 450%.
  8. DougCoach / consultant
This is probably the most direction we’ve had, ever, doing ads.

You Stay Because It Works, Not Because You're Stuck.

A green ink key, the keys to a system you own

Everything we build is an asset your company owns.

Documented, transferable, compounding. An asset you own, not a service you rent.

Built once, handed over, and running on your own accounts. Whatever we do next is your call, not a condition of getting started.

The handover manifest

  • Every account in your name: ads, CRM, automation, analytics
  • Every credential yours, handed over in writing
  • Documentation, SOPs and a recorded walkthrough of every system
  • 30 days of support after handover
  • No retainer, no lock-in, nothing proprietary you can't leave
The process

Four Steps. About Six Weeks.

  1. Free · 30 minDay 1

    Build Plan

We find the one thing capping growth. You leave with a one-page plan for the system that breaks it, whether we build it or not.

  2. Blueprint + fixed priceWeek 1

    We Architect It

The whole system mapped first: funnel, automations, data flow, content. You get the blueprint and one fixed number before work starts.

  3. Weekly updatesWeeks 2–5

    We Build It

A working machine, not a deck. You watch it come together every week.

  4. Ownership transferWeek 6

    The Handoff

Accounts, credentials, documentation, recorded walkthroughs. The whole system, running, in your name.

A green ink key, the keys handed to you

The keys, handed to you

Typical timings. Scope is agreed before anything is promised.

What it costs

Fixed Price. No Hourly. No Retainer.

One number before anything starts, and that number is the number. No day rates, no scope-creep invoices, no monthly fee that outlives the work.

Price depends on the build, not on how long it takes me. A landing page and tracking is not the same job as a full lifecycle with ads, content, retargeting, CRM and follow-up behind it. You get your number from the 30 minutes, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Then it's finished and you own it. The build stands on its own, and anything ongoing is optional.

Fixed means fixed. If the build runs long, that's my problem, not your invoice. If scope changes, you get a new fixed number before any extra work starts.

Questions

What Founders Ask Before They Start.

What if I already have an agency?

Keep them. They run campaigns; I build the system those campaigns land in: pages, tracking, CRM, follow-up. Usually it makes their numbers look better, because the leads stop leaking. And if the thing capping you is the agency, I'll tell you that too.

What tools do you build on?

Wherever possible, the ones you already pay for. In practice that means Make, Zapier or n8n for automation, GA4 and GTM (server-side where it matters) for tracking, Meta and Google Ads for paid, and whatever CRM you're on. Every account and subscription is set up in your name, so nothing sits behind a login only I have.

What happens if it breaks after handoff?

You get 30 days of support after handover, so the first time something behaves oddly, I'm still there. Past that you can always call me. But you'll also have the documentation and the recorded walkthroughs, so your team can fix most of it without me. That's deliberate.

How long does a build take?

Around six weeks from signed quote to handoff: a week to scope, three to four building, a final week on documentation and handover. Smaller builds finish sooner, and you get a real timeline in the quote.

What does it cost?

A fixed price per build, quoted after the 30 minutes and agreed in writing before any work starts. No hourly billing and no retainer. Price depends on how much of the lifecycle you need built, so every build is quoted on its own.

Who owns the IP?

You do. All of it: the accounts, the automations, the pages, the documentation, the dashboards. I don't keep a copy running on my infrastructure and there's no license you have to keep paying for. If we never speak again, everything keeps working.

Do you do retainers?

Not to get started. The build is fixed-price and it ends, and you own everything the day it does. Plenty of clients then keep going with me on the next stage or the next system, because the first one paid for itself. That's a decision you make with results in hand, not a condition of hiring me.

What if what I need isn't something you build?

Then I'll say so on the call, and point you at whoever does handle it. Sometimes what's actually holding you back is a hire, a pricing change, or the offer itself. I'd rather lose the work than take money for a build that was never going to move the number.

Josh Madu
The founder

You Work With The Architect, Not An Account Manager.

Operator, not vendor. I'm Josh. I turn your offer and your expertise into a system that runs without you. Most founders I work with have more ideas than time, and nobody who builds the thing that runs.

Before this I did it from the inside: Cardone Advertising, media buying at Gym Launch, sales and marketing at Elite CEOs. Then two and a half years leading marketing at Franchise Empire, a consulting firm that went from $700,000 a year to just over $2.2 million, and from one employee, me, to fourteen. So this isn't a vendor's view of your business. It's an operator's.

I work on one thing at a time and I do the building myself. No account manager between you and the work, and no version of this where you're paying me in month fourteen for something finished in month two.

The whole business runs on one idea: if I've done it properly, you keep working with me because you want to, not because you're locked in.
